At AT Skinwise, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a return.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt
- Items must be sealed, unopened, and in their original condition
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number) is required
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email ali@atskinwise.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
Once your return is approved, please send the item securely packaged to:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as this may be required
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are faulty or damaged
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by:

- Emailing ali@atskinwise.com
You will be required to:
- Provide photographic evidence, and/or
- Return the item
If the claim is approved:
- A full refund will be issued, including original delivery costs
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in appropriate, secure packaging.
If items are returned in a damaged condition, it will be at AT Skinwise’s discretion whether a refund is issued.
